Blogger Faves // Lauren Smith of Seventeenth and Irving
Today's blogger faves comes from San Francisco based Lauren Smith of Seventeenth and Irving. I met Lauren earlier this summer after she won a Lydali giveaway on another blog, and I was immediately taken with her. Connecting over our shared love of San Francisco and over growing up in the south, we immediately had lots to talk about. I've loved staying in touch with Lauren and following her posts, and I'm thrilled to share her favorites from Lydali with you today.
(1) Elmina Scarf
A large scarf collection is practically a rite of passage for anyone living in San Francisco - I never leave home without one in my bag! I really like how the batik method adds interest and texture to the pattern.
(2) Gold Chevron Wood Journal
Every blogger must have a great notebook for those endless to-do lists and ideas. The gold would look gorgeous sitting on my desk and fits in to the brass trend I'm digging right now.
I tend to wear only one or two pieces of jewelry at a time, and I love the idea of this wrap bracelet paired with a great silk blouse and pencil skirt for work, or jeans and a cardigan on the weekends.
I tend to decorate my home in the same way I dress - neutrals with a bit of graphic interest. A pair of these mudcloth pillows would make a bold statement on a neutral sofa.
Perfect for keeping your hands free at the farmer's market when you just need to carry your cash and phone.
Thanks so much for contributing, Lauren! Please go check out Lauren's beautiful blog over at Seventeenth and Irving.
