Wanderlust Wednesday: New Delhi

Home of elaborate bazaars, magnificent museums, and inspiring architecture (ehem, the Taj Mahal!) is India’s capital of New Dehli.

This metropolis is truly a melting pot, with two distinct parts of the city. New Dehli was built by the British, while Old Dehli was built as the capital of Islamic India. It is easy for visitors to spend half a day in both parts of the city. One can spend the day shopping in the bazaars or immersing themselves in the history of monuments like The Red Fort in Old Dehli, and then wander through New Dehli’s many sleek bars and cafes at night.

Get your own treasures straight from a New Dehli bazaar without leaving the country by purchasing these Little Spark Hair Clips. They come in two shapes and two colors and add a little sparkle to any outfit. They also help to improve the lives of Indian women by giving them fair wages, schooling, and healthcare to them and their families.
